Project Summary:

This project was completed in the summer of 2014, and was supplied with (2) Power-Fin boilers, each being 1,000,000 BTU input, to help upgrade the HVAC system at Camelot ES. The boilers were supplied with a 5:1 turndown firing rate to help increase the efficiency of the heating system. The heating and cooling systems were also upgraded with new Armstrong Dual-Arm 4300IVS pumps. These pumps were supplied with sensorless VFDs mounted directly on the pump’s motors. The Dual-Arms will not only save the school energy; they also helped with saving, much needed,  floorspace in the mechanical room as seen in the project gallery. New expansion tanks and air separators were also provided for the project.
